I know that allowing someone new into your business can be scary. Letting someone who is basically a stranger into your livelihood that you've worked so hard is no small thing, I get it. You don't know how you'll get along, if they value the same things you do, and I KNOW you're worried that someone else couldn't possibly care about your business as much as you do.
Let me help try and ease some of your concerns and share my business (and personal) core values

Science is Real
Every human deserves food, water, shelter, and medical care simply by virtue of living
I believe that we should always be asking ourselves "but at what cost?"
At what cost to others?
At what cost to the planet?
At what cost to our health?
For so long society has operated under the idea that more = better and that never-ending growth is the goal and I don't agree with that.
I think we should concern ourselves A LOT with if there is a who or what that's being exploited somewhere along the line of a product or service we are using.
I want to live a life where I make a positive impact on the people I meet.
I absolutely do not want to be a billionaire, because the only way to become a billionaire is by exploiting people and resources.
(PS I'm vegan for the animals and the planet 🌎🌱)
I believe we all do better by lifting each other up and working together.
Community is who is there for you on the good days and bad days and all the days in between.
Community is what makes having a business worth it and there is room for all of us to thrive without trying to take others down to do so.
I'm not building an empire, I don't want one. I'm surrounding myself with a community and a building a livelihood that supports us.
I believe this planet is something special. Something worth taking care of.
I believe we all have a moral and ethical responsibility to both each other, the planet, and the environment to think about how our individual actions affect the planet and the environment at large and then make necessary changes to our lives to do better.
I also believe we collectively have the power to create meaningful and positive change by holding accountable the coprorations who have put us in this situation.
I believe there is more to life than working.
I don't work in an "emergency services" field, and if you're working with me, you probably don't either.
Nothing we do here needs to be done immediately every single time.
Don't get the wrong idea, I'm a fan of deadlines, and promptness, and following through on your word, but I think we often mix up promptness with a desire to get it done 'right now' when that's simply unnecessary.
Personally I often need at least a few days to take fully process and understand a new project and I think it's a huge part of why I'm able to provide consistently high quality deliverables.
Also, let's be reall, we're all human here and sometimes we feel under the weather, sometimes we're grouchy and need to be in a better state of mind to get something done well, and oftentimes things simply require more internal processing time, and that's ok. It'll be there later.
I kinda think this is self explanatory, but I'll add a few extra details to help you out.
Your business supports you, and if we're working together, it supports me too.
In addition to not being a shitty person, you can rest assured I have every reason to consistently provide you with quality service because otherwise how in the world would I expect to keep working with you?
I'm sure you are also concerned that I won't care about your business as much as you do... and well to that I say, you're probably right. But that's a good thing, don't you want to be the one who cares about your business the most?
If I cared about it more than you, we might have a problem. Either it would mean that you're not as invested in the success of your business as you should be, or it would mean I'm sticking my nose and opinions in places they shouldn't be, and I dont think you really want either of those to be true, do you?
This is also the time for me to reassure you that I genuiely do care about your business and your success A LOT. Just not as much as you, and that's ok.
if you find the need to say "but" or "what about" or "well... it depends" or "[something else] lives matter" or generally feel the need to contradict any of these, you can kindly see yourself out.
